Klondike Solitaire Objective
Build suit stacks in ascending order on the four foundations in the upper right hand corner beginning with the Aces.
Klondike Solitaire Instructions
Twenty eight cards are dealt from the deck into 7 tableau piles with the number of cards per pile increasing from one to seven from left to right. The top card is face up, the rest of each pile is face down.
The top cards of tableau piles and the waste pile are available for play. You can build tableau piles down in descending sequence by alternate color. One card or group of cards in the proper sequence can be moved from pile to pile. If all the face up cards from a pile are removed, the first face down card in that pile is turned up. Empty tableaus may be filled only with a King or a sequence of cards headed by a King. The solitaire game ends when either all foundations are filled (you’ve won!), or when no more moves are possible, in which case you’ve lost.
